I moved from Cambridge where there is a lot of music going on, and some good places to play. I taught violin for many years at King's School, Ely and at Friends School, Saffron Walden. For 25 years I played violin 1 / violin 2 / viola in the Cambridge Philharmonic Society, an organisation of over 100 years' standing. Six concerts a year - Messiaen to Bach, Dankworth to Mozart. Since I was at school I have also played in musical shows and operas, and chamber music is one of my great loves. The main quartet I have been with for the last few years also has a sideline playing for weddings, dinners etc - great fun.

Now playing with the Bridport Chamber Orchestra, and a couple of local quartets.
